Booking, Sales & Refund Policy

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required deposit or full payment;
  • Written confirmation from Blue Diamond Cruise.

Boat availability is not guaranteed until official confirmation has been issued.

Payments

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment instructions provided at the time of booking.

Blue Diamond Cruise reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received within the required deadlines.

Cancellation Policy (Strict Policy)

As these are tourism services scheduled for a specific date with limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 15 days before departure:
    50% refund of the amount paid.
  • From 14 to 8 days before departure:
    No refund of the deposit.
  • Within 7 days before departure:
    No refund.
  • No Show:
    100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Bookings may be transferred to another participant by notifying Blue Diamond Cruise at least 24 hours before departure.

Cancellation by Blue Diamond Cruise

In the event of:

  • Adverse weather or sea conditions;
  • Orders issued by Maritime Authorities;
  • Technical problems;
  • Safety reasons;
  • Force majeure events.

Blue Diamond Cruise may:

  • Reschedule the excursion; or
  • Issue a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Hotel accommodation;
  • Flights;
  • Ferry tickets;
  • Taxis;
  • Parking fees;
  • Any other expenses incurred by the customer.

Late Arrival

The vessel is not required to wait for late-arriving passengers.

Failure to board on time will be considered a voluntary cancellation without entitlement to any refund.

Weather Conditions

The final decision regarding the operation of the excursion rests solely with the Captain, whose decisions are made in the interest of the safety of passengers, crew, and the vessel.

Conduct on Board

Blue Diamond Cruise reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate the excursion without refund if a participant:

  • Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • Behaves in a dangerous or reckless manner;
  • Fails to follow the crew’s instructions;
  • Disturbs other guests.

Liability

Passengers participate in the excursion accepting responsibility for complying with all instructions provided by the Captain and crew.

Blue Diamond Cruise shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings;
  • Damage resulting from the customer’s negligent behavior;
  • Events caused by force majeure.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be governed by Italian law and submitted to the competent Italian Court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
